Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 205 degrees Celsius.
  • Scrub the potatoes and pierce each of them using a fork and bake them for at least 45 minutes.
  • Now cut the baked potatoes in half.
  • In a bowl, scoop out the centers of the potatoes and add cheese and butter.
  • Mix the potato mixture with diced turkey sausages. Transfer this mixture back into the hollowed out potato halves.
  • Break an egg over each potato hollow and arrange them on a baking tray.
  • Bake the potatoes again for at least 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
