Chicken burgers with tomato salsa

Ingredients for serving

  • 3.8 g Pesto, red or green
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 0.5 g Lemon rind, grated 0.25 x tsp (2.0g)
  • 12 g Lemon juice, raw 0.25 x lemon yields (48g)
  • 59.5 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 0.4 x cup cherry tomatoes (149g)
  • 3.8 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
  • 93.8 g Minced Chicken
  • 11.3 g Peppers, hot chili, red, raw 0.25 x pepper (45g)
  • 7.5 g Tomatoes, sun-dried
  • 2.3 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x cloves (9g)
  • 7.5 g Mixed herbs 0.5 x tbsp (15g)
  • 18.8 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 0.75 x large (25g)

Instructions

  • Except the oil, mix all the ingredients in a bowl to prepare the burgers.
  • Divide the above mixture into 4 equal parts and flatten them to form rounds.
  • Cover each of these balls and set aside to chill for at least half an hour.
  • Take a bowl and mix the ingredients required for preparing tomato salsa.
  • After brushing each of the burgers with little oil, keep them in a hot grill for a few minutes.
  • Serve the burgers with salsa.
