The Quickest Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients for serving

  • 28 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 1 x packet (28g)
  • 246 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x cup (246g)
  • 28 g Nuts, walnuts, english 1 x oz (14 halves) (28.35g)
  • 1 g Sweetener, syrup, agave
  • 155 g Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 x cup, unthawed (155g)

Instructions

  • Boil the milk in a pot.
  • Add oatmeal and nuts to the milk and stir.
  • Cook on medium heat by stirring occasionally.
  • Cook for five minutes and add Agave nectar, remove from the heat and let it set for few minutes.
  • Add blueberries before serving.
  • You can also add cranberries and strawberries into this according to your taste.
