	Ingredients
	
		- 1 packet  Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
 - 1 tablespoon  Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
 - 1 tsp  Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
 - 1 tsp  Spices, cinnamon, ground
 - 1 tsp  Salt, table
 - 1 cup  Honey
 - 2 large  Egg, white, raw, fresh
 - 50 gram  Raisin, kishmish, black raisin
 	
	
	Instructions
	
		- Preheat the oven at 350 F.
 - Lay a baking sheet on the baking tray and spray olive oil on the baking sheet.
 - Mix peanut butter and honey in a food processor and mix at low speed until fluffy.
 - Add eggs and cinnamon powder to the honey mixture.
 - Now add oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt, mix well in the food processor.
 - Finally add the raisins and vanilla extract, mix well.
 - Place spoonful of mixture on the baking tray and flat it slightly.
 - Bake until golden brown, it may take 10-15 minutes.
 - Let it cool completely and store in a air tight container for up to one week.
