Ingredients
- 0.96 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.44 cup Spinach, raw
- 0.48 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 4.08 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.96 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 0.24 cup, diced Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- Set the temperature of oven to 350 degrees F
- Take 2 mini muffin pans and lightly spray them with cooking spray (nonstick)
- Then take a skillet and spray small amount of cooking oil over it and sauté onions. Then add spinach and continue cooking until the ingredients wilt. Then remove them from heat
- Take a medium bowl and whisk egg whites and egg. Then add cheese and use black pepper for seasoning. Then fill half of muffin cups with this egg mixture
- Keep the tray in the oven and bake for at least 15 minutes or until they are perfectly set
- Serve immediately
