All Natural Gingerbread [Bulkbites.com]

This typical Dutch gingerbread is great for snack or breakfast. It contains a lot of carbs which makes it a good pre-workout recipe, preferably eat it 45-60 minutes before you workout. Note that there are no artificial sugars in this gingerbread, only natural! Rye flour is much more healthier than the more often used wheat, as it contains much more nutrients and fibers.
