Ingredients
	
		- 1 serving   Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 1 cup, chunks  Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes  Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 tbsp chopped  Onions, raw
- 1 unit  Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 oz  PACE, Jalapenos Nacho Sliced Peppers
- 1 tbsp  chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp  Spices, chili powder
- 1 tbsp  Ground cumin
- 1 dash  Salt, table
- 1 tsp  Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cup  Beef Broth or Bouillon (Canned)
Instructions
	
		- Take a heavy bottom, deep sauce pan for making the chili or you can use crock pot for this recipe.
- Heat oil in the pan and add onions, garlic and chopped jalapenos, stir and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin powder and tomatoes, mix and cook until beef is cooked through.
- Add other remaining ingredients, mix and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover and cook for 40 minutes.
- Garnish with pineapple chunks and serve hot.
