	Ingredients
	
		- 1.5 lb  Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
 - 1.02 cup  Milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, reduced fat
 - 1.02 large  Egg, white, raw, fresh
 - 1.02 tablespoon  Oil, olive, salad or cooking
 - 1.02 large  Onions, raw
 - 1.02 1/2 cup  Marinara Sauce, low-fat
 - 0.24 cup  Ketchup
 - 6 tsp  Dijon Mustard
 - 12 cup, diced  Potatoes, red, flesh and skin, raw
 - 1.02 dash  Salt, table
 - 1.02 dash  Spices, pepper, black
 - 1.98 1/4 cup  Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
 - 1.02 cup chopped  Parsley, fresh
 - 1.02 bunch  Spinach, raw
 	
	
	Instructions
	
		- Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
 - Take a bowl. Combine onion, the turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, spinach, salt, pepper, egg white and mustard in it.
 - Form a loaf of 10-inch by spreading the above mixture over a baking sheet. 
 - Spread ketchup over the loaf and bake for about 50 minutes.
 - In the meantime, place the potatoes in a large pot containing water. Now bring the water to boil.
 - Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
 - Now drain out the water. Add buttermilk, salt, pepper and oil in the pot and mash.
 - Use marinara sauce and potatoes while serving the meat loaf.
