Instructions

  • Finely chop garlic and mix with zest of the lime, ginger, cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper, half of the chopped parsley, 2 tbs of oilve oil and shrimps
  • Mix in another bowl the corn, avocado, beans, onion, tomato, red pepper, juice of the lime and the rest of the parsley. Add rest of olive oil en mix with pepper and salt to make a salsa.
  • Grill your wraps and shrimps in a separate pan (shrimps until pink)
  • Smear tbsp sour cream onto the wrap and add salsa and shrimps
  • Enjoy!
