Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustrad seeds. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic. Cook until fragrant.

  • Add the Swiss chard, water and coconut milk. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes until soft and tender.
