Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine grilled chicken breasts, seedless red grapes, apple, pineapple and diced currants.
  • Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and honey in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and toss gently.
