Instructions

  • Take a saucepan. Add crushed red pepper, fresh ginger, garlic clove, brown sugar, molasses and pomegranate juice and simmer for a few minutes so the mixture becomes syrupy and is reduced by half. Set aside 2 tbsp of this syrupy mixture for dressing the chicken later. Now add blackberries to the remaining sauce and toss up.
  • Now pre-heat the grill. Place chicken over the grill and cook it for a few minutes for either side. Dress the chicken using the reserved sauce.
  • Serve hot with blackberries.
