Instructions

  • Take a wide bowl and combine milk, egg substitute, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Dip bread in the above mixture until both its sides are well soaked
  • Take a nonstick skillet and spray small amount of cooking oil and heat it under medium flame
  • Then place bread slices on the skillet and cook either sides until they become golden brown.
  • Top the pancakes with maple syrup or fresh fruit and sugar
  • Serve hot
