Instructions

  • Dry roast the oats and cumin seeds for about 2 minutes in a skillet until fragrant, keep a side to cool.
  • When the oats are cool enough to handle put in the blender, add Greek yogurt, mint leaves, ginger, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Add water, ice cubes, protein powder and blend until mix.
  • Pour in the glass and garnish with mint leaves and pinch of paprika powder.
