Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine milk with vinegar and keep it aside for a few minutes to “sour’.
  • Take another bowl and combine salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and flour in it.
  • Add butter and whisked egg into the “soured” milk and then add this mixture into the flour mixture. Whisk the ingredients gently so that lumps are not formed.
  • Use a rubber spatula to gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Coat a large skillet with a little cooking spray and place it over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of the batter over it and cook on both the sides until they are brown. Serve immediately.
