Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, combine egg, butter and buttermilk. Add this mixture into the flour mixture and stir well until it becomes a thick batter.
  • Place a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Slowly add ¼ cup of batter on the pan and evenly spread it.
  • Scatter a few banana slices over each pancake. Cook the pancakes until its edges are sufficiently dry. Turn the pancakes over and cook on the other side for a few more minutes.
  • Serve the pancakes hot.
