Instructions

  • Cut the onions and garlic
  • Throw in a pan and add the minced chicken 1-2 minutes later
  • When the minced chicken is done, add the kidney beans and leave the pan heated for another 2 minutes
  • Cut the head of the bell pepper, remove the seeds and clean with some water
  • Stuff the chicken mixture in the bell pepper and sprinkle a little low fat cheese on top
  • Put in the oven for about 20-30 minutes (you'll see it when it's ready)
