Instructions

  • Take a large bowl. Then add shrimp, fresh lime juice, and orange marmalade into it and combine well.
  • Keep the bowl in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to marinate properly.
  • At this stage, preheat the broiler.
  • Now prepare thin strips of cut prosciutto and wrap each of these strips at the middle of shrimps.
  • Then broil the covered shrimps for a couple of minutes and serve hot.
