Instructions

  • Cook linguine as per the package directions.
  • Trim broccoli rabe stems to ½ inch. Discard damaged or coarse leaves.
  • Rinse broccoli rabe stems in cold water and set aside.
  • Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes in a large skillet. Add broccoli rabe, chicken broth, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Now bring the mixture to boil.
  • Now reduce heat and continue cooking broccoli rabe until it is tender.
  • After draining linguine add it into the pan.
  • Add parsley and chicken broth and stir well.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the dish and serve immediately.
