Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Cook Rotini (pasta) according to packaging. Drain.
  • In a bowl, combine pasta and beans.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and swirl the pan to coat with oil evenly.
  • Add mushrooms, garlic and onions in the pan and cook until they become fragrant.
  • Add turkey and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add bell pepper, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder and red pepper powder and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Add marinara sauce and bring the mixture to boil.
  • Now add marinara mixture over pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Top the mixture with cheese and bake for at least 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Serve immediately.
