Instructions

  • Take a small bowl. Mix salt, black pepper, oregano, capers, olives, lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Whisk all these ingredients so that they are thoroughly mixed. Set the bowl aside.

Now the salad is ready to be served along with baguette slices that have been toasted before.
  • To prepare Pomegranate Cooler, you need to mix sparkling water and juice. This drink can be poured our crushed ice in a glass and can be served with orange slices.
