Instructions

  • Take a bowl and combine lime zest, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Place the shrimps in a baking tray and spray oil on them, grill until firm, 2-3 minutes per side.
  • When the shrimps are ready, remove from the grill and transfer to a bowl.
  • Pour the lime juice mixture over them; add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro, crushed peanuts and scallion, serve warm.
