Instructions

  • Take a blender and blend all the ingredients. Now add the sake mixture into a plastic bag and zip-it up.
  • After adding the steak, seal the bag. After marinating the steak keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Now take the steak from the bag, leaving aside the marinade.
  • Use paper towels for pat steak dry. Now place a skillet over medium-heat and spray it with little oil at its sides.
  • Now place the steak on the pan and cook on all its sides until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove the steak and set it aside.
  • Now add the remaining marinade into the pan and continue cooking for a few more minutes or until the color of the marinade turns to deep brown.
  • Then place the steak back into the pan and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Now set aside the steak for at least 5 min.
  • Then cut the steak into thin slices across the grain.
