Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, paprika and cumin.
  • Cut lamb into 24 cubes (1-inch each). Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over lamb and then combine it with the yogurt mixture in a plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few minutes.
  • Remove lamb and thread at least 3 pieces onto each of 8 skewers. Coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat it to a desired temperature.
  • Place the skewers on the pan and cook until the lamb is cooked thoroughly. Remove the skewers from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining lamb pieces.
  • Serve the lamb kebabs with yogurt mixture.
