Instructions

  • Heat a little oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add celery and leek and cook for at least 10 minutes or until they are soft.
  • Now add chicken broth and chicken pieces. Then season it with salt and pepper and boil the mixture.
  • Once the mixture is boiled, cover it up with a lid and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and transfer them to a plate and shred into bite-size pieces.
  • Now boil the chicken broth and add orzo. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from heat. Add dill and chicken and mix well.
  • Serve the soup with lemon halves.
