Hi Fitness Buff,
We can make your meal planning routine easier.
I can swear by the fat burning properties of this soup, this is extremely healthy, low fat and high protein soup. Cabbage is a highly nutritious vegetable packed with vitamins and minerals while green pea is a source of complete protein soluble by human digestive system. This fiber rich soup provides you wholesome supper for you cold winter night or evening.
I like to add some more vegetables in this soup for making most out of it and enhance the flavor. Don’t worry about its large quantity you can store it in the fridge for later use. The soup is good if served with tossed whole wheat bread pieces or croutons.
