Instructions

  • In a deep large sauce pan, add carrots, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, green peas, corn, celery, beef broth and enough water to cover all the vegetable.
  • Cook on high heat for a boil and reduce to low to simmer for 20-30 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked and mixed well.
  • When the vegetables are cooked add cilantro, salt and pepper as per taste, serve hot.
