Instructions

  • First up, heat the broiler containing rack and then start preparing crema.
  • Take a small bowl; add adobo sauce and the sour cream. Mix the ingredients well and set it aside.
  • Take a bowl. Add olive oil, lime juice and zest, pepper, salt, cilantro leaves, Jicama, carrots and cabbage and combine well. Keep the bowl in the fridge for it to chill.
  • Then take a broiler pan and place a fish in it. Brush the fish using olive oil. Sprinkle the fish using pepper, salt, cumin, paprika and chili powder. Now broil the fish until its edges are charred. Keep the fish aside.
  • On each tortilla start placing ¼ cup slaw and then top it up with a piece of broiled fish. Spoon out 1 tbsp crema over each taco and serve immediately.
