Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Rub salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Place the fillet in the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes turn the fish and bake again at the same temperature for another 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare the tropical salsa – peel and chop mango, onion and pine apple.
  • Take a big bowl add chopped mango, onion, pineapple, mint leaves, lemon juice, jalapeno and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in an air tight container until serve.
  • When the fish is ready, serves with tropical salsa.
