Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add – oil, mango chutney, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper, mix to combine all.
  • Marinade the chicken breast in the mixture and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill and cook the chicken breast on the grill for about 5 minutes, both sides.
  • When the chicken is cooked through, remove from the grill and cut into bit size pieces.
  • Prepare the salad by peeling and chopping lettuce, spinach, mango, tomato and onions.
  • To assemble the salad take a big bowl and add all the chopped greens, mango, tomato, onions and chicken.
  • Sprinkle little salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
