Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degree F or 225 degrees C. Spray a little oil on the Portobello mushroom and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat. Combine the ground turkey, basil, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Prepare the patty with the mixture and cook until golden brown for about 5 minutes each side.
  • Remove the mushroom from the oven and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • To assemble the burger, take one Portobello mushroom and place one lettuce leave, onion slice and tomato slice on it. Top it with turkey patty and close the burger with the other Portobello mushroom.
  • Serve immediately.
