Instructions

  • Take 2 large lettuce leaves and reserve for later use.
  • Roughly chop four lettuce leaves for the salad.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and saute onion; add chopped jalapeno, garlic and mushrooms.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes, add herbs and spices and cook until mushroom become soft.
  • Arrange large lettuce leaves in a serving tray, fill it with mushroom filling and top it with lettuce and tomato salad.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice on it, lettuce wrap with mushroom is ready to serve.
