Instructions

  • In a pan, bring garlic and chicken broth to a simmer. Cover the mixture and cook for at least 10 minutes. Remove garlic and keep aside half portion of broth aside for other use.
  • Add salt according to taste.
  • In a bowl, add beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, the semolina and the remaining chicken broth.
  • Add broccoli to the chicken broth mixture and simmer until it becomes tender. Now, slowly pour the egg mixture. Turn off heat and keep stirring gently for a few minutes. Add black pepper according to taste.
  • Serve hot.
