Hi Fitness Buff,
We can make your meal planning routine easier.
I like to pack some energy bars for myself wherever I go; it’s a handy option to consume protein and refuel your energy levels. Here I am sharing one of my favorite homemade energy bar recipe that is easy to make and rich in protein and good fatty acids. I use dry fruits, peanuts, raisins, oat and almonds in this bar all the ingredients are full of energy and rich in good fatty acids. The protein bar is perfect for eating before or after workout training. Prepare these protein bars to get a cheaper option for the energy bars available in the market. Make them in advance and store in air-tight container for later use.
