Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 450 degrees Celsius.
  • Spoon out floor and transfer it in the measuring cups. Level the cups gently.
  • Take a bowl. Add baking soda, salt, baking powder, sugar and flour. Use a whisker to whisk the ingredients lightly. Now add in butter and stir the ingredients so that they look coarser.
  • Then add onions and cheese and toss the ingredients. Now add sour cream and buttermilk and stir the ingredients so that they are moistened.
  • Take a baking dish that is lightly coated with cooking spray. Add ¼ cup of dough into the baking dish. Now bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees Celsius or until the edges of the biscuits turn golden brown.
  • Now remove the biscuits from the oven and cook it over wire racks.
  • Serve hot.
