Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degree F and arrange a baking tray by lining with parchment paper.
  • Roughly ground hazelnut and almonds in a food processor, transfer to a bowl and add whey protein rich chocolate and cereals.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave, stir in sweetener.
  • Pour it over the nuts and toss well to combine all.
  • Evenly spread on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
  • Stir the mixture in between to make sure it does not burn.
  • Turn off the oven when crisp, let it cool and store in an air tight container.
  • Serve with milk.
