Instructions

  • In a food processor ground almond, hazelnuts and sunflower seed, remove to a big bowl.
  • Melt coconut butter and almond butter in microwave and whisk with honey and vanilla extract.
  • Add the butter mixture to the nut mixture and combine protein powder to mix well until incorporated.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture in the baking pan, evenly press the mixture to the bottom of the pan and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Prepare the chocolate topping for the bars. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds, whisk together to well combine the chocolate with oil.
  • Remove the almond bar from the fridge and spread a thin layer of chocolate over it.
  • Refrigerate again for one hour and cut the slices in desired shape.
  • Protein rich almond bars are ready to serve.
