Instructions

  • Place a nonstick skillet over medium flame and heat it. Now add turkey bacon and cook it for a few minutes or until it becomes crisp. Once cooked, remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
  • Now add little cooking spray into the pan and heat it over medium flame. Then add pepper and eggs into the pan and scramble to your liking.
  • Take a premade crepe and start arranging 2 slices of bacon over it. Top each of these crepes with scrambled eggs. After rolling up each crepe, drizzle it with little maple syrup and serve immediately.
