Instructions

  • Take a large nonstick frying pan and heat some oil in it.
  • Then add onion in it and fry it for a few minutes or until it softens
  • Now add corned beef and potatoes and cook them for a few more minutes whilst stirring them occasionally.
  • Then add parsley and stir the mixture.
  • For seasoning, use pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
