Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius.
  • In a large bowl, mix salt, black pepper, heavy cream, fat free cream, egg white, marjoram and thyme.
  • Add bread cubes, Parmesan and Gouda cheeses.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add leeks in the pan and cook until they are tender. Add garlic, and continue to cook for a minute.
  • Add bacon and the leek mixture into egg mixture. Pour this mixture into a baking tray. Sprinkle it with a little Parmesan and Gouda cheeses.
  • Bake the mixture at the set temperature until it is set. Keep it aside for a couple of minutes before serving.
