Instructions

  • Cook brown rice according to package directions.
  • Cook carrots, green onions and peas in a nonstick pan coated with cooking spray over a medium heat until they become tender.
  • Add garlic and ginger and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add rice and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
  • Create a big cavity at the center of the rice mixture and add egg whites into it. Continue to cook the mixture for a few minutes. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to the mixture and stir well.
  • Serve hot.
