The buttery and creamy avocado looks good with runny baked egg, and goes well with tossed whole wheat bread. Very few ingredients and less preparation are required for this recipe. Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Cut the avocado to the half and deseed it.
- The central hole of the avocado should be big enough to pour one egg. (If it is not then scoop out some avocado to make it big)
- Arrange the avocado in the baking try; they should not be tilt in the tray.
- Now crack a small egg in each part of the avocado’s hollow.
- Sprinkle black pepper and salt on it.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy with your choice of seasoning.
