Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, vegetable oil with chicken in a large bowl. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for at least 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into slices of ¼ inches for rolling.
  • To prepare soy dip, mix sesame oil, sugar, lime juice, garlic and light soy sauce. Keep it aside.
  • Take a large bowl and fill it with a little warm water. Gently dip rice paper in the water. Make sure you do not over-dip the paper.
  • Place the rice paper on the working surface to enable it to absorb water and become soft.
  • Start filling the rice paper with the fillings of vegetables, chicken, herbs and lettuce.
  • Now start rolling the rice paper, starting from the section that is away from you. Make sure the fillings are held tight in the rice paper.
  • Serve the rolls immediately with soy dip.
