Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Grease a baking tray with non stick oil.
  • Take the pork tenderloin and pierce it 5-6 times with a sharp knife, insert the peeled garlic cloves in each hole you have made with the knife. Place the prepared tenderloin in baking tray.
  • Prepare the marinade – whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, orange juice, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Add oil little by little while whisking the marinade. Pour this marinade over the pork tenderloin and bake for 45 minutes, while turning the pork in between for even cooking.
  • After 40-45 minutes remove from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the tenderloin slices with the marinade sauce from the baking pan.
