Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degree F.
  • Take a bowl and add vegetables, mushroom, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, stir to combine all.
  • Take large sheet of foil, spray olive oil in the middle, place the fish in the middle.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and zest on it and arrange vegetables and mushrooms around it.
  • Now fold the foil around it to make a parcel, tightly enclose the edges of the foil to prevent any leakage.
  • Bake the fish parcel in the oven for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked.
  • Serve when the parcel is cool enough to handle.
