Instructions

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, saute chopped onion, add cumin seeds and cardamom.
  • Add chicken pieces and ginger garlic paste, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets, finely chopped parsley and salt, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • When the broccoli done add cooked brown rice and lemon juice, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
