Instructions

  • Take a large deep pan and cook ground beef on medium heat until brown.
  • Add salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add chopped onions, carrots, celery and crushed garlic in the beef and saute while stirring.
  • Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
  • When the soup is almost done, cook pasta according to the pack instruction, drain and add to the soup and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add parmesan cheese mix and cook until melt.
  • Serve hot.
