Instructions

  • Whisk together peanut butter and lemon juice.
  • In a plate, mix whole wheat flour, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
  • Dip the fish fillet into the butter mixture then coat with flour mixture.
  • Place the prepared fish in the baking tray and pour the remaining butter on the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit in the oven.
  • Serve on the salad bed along with lemon wedges.
