Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix milk, salt, black pepper, eggs and egg whites.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, thyme and grape tomatoes. Saute until tomatoes become tender. Arrange basil and plum tomatoes in layers and sprinkle a little goat cheese over them.
  • Pour egg mixture over cheese. Cook until the mixture has set.
  • Now flip the frittata until both sides are lightly brown. Serve hot.
