Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Mix oil, thyme, salt, garlic and onion powder in a bowl.
  • Marinade the fillet in the mixture and coat well.
  • Grease a baking pan with some olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the fillet in the pan and pour the marinade over it.
  • Bake in the over for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Meanwhile trim the snap beans and steam them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Serve the cod with steamed snap beans.
