  • Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Mix miso, tamari, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Coat the fillet in this paste.
  • Place the fillet in a baking tray and spread the remaining paste on top.
  • Bake the salmon for about 10 minutes in the lower rack in oven, then transfer the baking tray on the upper rack and bake for 2-3 minutes or it begins to brown.
  • When the top is crisp and brown remove from the oven and serve hot.
